We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that for inventory and logistics reasons, we do not issue refunds, only credit store or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping charges for returned goods are your responsibility. You can always drop off returned goods to our Pickup location for free. You will need an appointment, which can be setup by e-mail at email@example.com.
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Surfboards are final sale. Each surfboard is handmade, from start to finish, so there's a perfect quality control on them. We do value customer service, so if you need to get in touch with us regarding a Boréal Surfboard, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
When trying on wetsuits, always make sure you can return it without any fragrance odors and/or deodorant stains, as these will affect your refund if you start a return process.
If the wetsuit looks like its been worn for an extended period (more than just trying it on), it will also affect your refund. Don't forget to place wetsuit in way that it won't crease. If left in a box or folded for an extended period, it can affect your refund as well.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sales, sale items or gift cards.
