*We ship with UPS only during Canada Post Strike.

We ship across Canada.

International shipping is available through quotes via e-mail. Contact us to get a quote!

Shipping rates

• 15$ flat rate standard shipping (3-9 business days) with Canada Post. Carrier rates are also available and sometimes they can end up cheaper, especially if you are located within the Island of Montreal. You can select the most convenient option for you.

• Free standard shipping on 199.00$ + orders with Canada Post. (Doesn't apply to Surfboards and Travel Covers)

• There are options available for faster shipping speed.

• Standard shipping can be as fast as next day delivery if you are located near/within the Island of Montreal.

• Daily Board Bags are subject to higher shipping rates.

• Surfboards and Travel Covers can be shipped with a quote (after checkout), see details below.

• Remote locations may require additional charges. If it's your case, we will contact you with a quote. Once adequate payment is made, we will ship the order.

Order processing
We will pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Sometimes within 24h.

Surfboards and Travel Covers (Board Bags for traveling)
We strongly recommend pickup for surfboards and travel covers. We can always set you up with a quote, but don't forget to budget that expense! You won't be able to set up shipping at checkout if you buy surfboards or travel covers. At Checkout, you need to choose Pickup, and then we'll contact you with quotes. Once adequate payment is made, we will ship the order.

Once your order is out for delivery, you are responsible for your package. You can always request a delivery by signature. Just let us know in the order comment section.

Pickup at our Workshop is free. You can select Pickup at Checkout. Refer below to Pickup policy for all the details.

Pickup policy

If you choose Pickup at Checkout, you'll receive all the informations needed by e-mail after transaction is completed. You need to wait for our e-mail so we can setup an appointment before you come and pick up your order.

If you change your mind and decided you want to get your order shipped, we will place it on hold until adequate payment for shipping is made.

The pickup location is our Workshop in Villeray, Montreal.

Access is limited and by the back street. It is not a storefront. You need an appointment before coming in. The appointment will be confirmed by e-mail.

Pickup hours

Monday 10 am - 2 pm
Tuesday 10 am - 2 pm
Wednesday 5 pm - 9 pm
Thursday 10 am - 2 pm

Processing your pickup order needs 1 business day.
Ex.: If you buy Tuesday, Pickup would be ready on Wednesday.

Time slots can be changed at any moment. If this happens while we process your order, you'll be notified.

Note that products can't be tried at pickup location. Wait for a comfortable place with adequate spacing so they don't get dirty or damaged.

Surfboards
Pickup for surfboards are usually ready the next day of purchase. You'll be contacted by e-mail for a custom appointment. Normal pickup hours still apply. If you buy other products along with a surfboard, those will be ready for pickup at the same time.
