Back to the roots.
Slow down and take time to fill in what Mother Nature throws at you.
This is how the Boréal story was shaped.

We may be landlocked, but we are very lucky in our misfortune.
The St. Lawrence hydrographic system is filled with rivers where you can surf standing waves. When all the snow from the mountains starts to melt, that's when the real magic happens. Spots from all over the St. Lawrence are pumping, with standing waves ranging from knee high to well overhead. When summertime hits, there's still an impressive amount of water flow coming from the Great Lakes, so spots around the Island of Montreal can still produce great surf, under tropical weather conditions. It's such a gem in a full concrete metropolis, it really makes it a perfect ground to R&D surfboard designs.
At the end of the river, when temperature drops, a new world of surfing opportunities awaits us. The St. Lawrence Gulf's coastline is so rich in surf potential : it's home to hundreds of nooks and crannies, filled with some of the oldest reef on the planet. With storms rolling through pretty often in Fall, you can surf world class breaks by yourself all day. These days are the perfect surf adventures.
We are a group of young surf passionates sharing common goals and values.
